Intellectual property
Site content, templates, and our written briefs remain our intellectual property unless a statement of work assigns specific deliverables to you. You may use delivered briefs within your organisation. You may not resell our materials or republish them as your own public methodology without written consent.
Client materials, data extracts, and credentials you share remain yours. We use them only to perform the engagement and delete or return access according to the Privacy Policy and the statement of work.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, submit unlawful content through forms, or scrape the site in a way that impairs service for others.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Contentmeadowbase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this site or from decisions you make after receiving advisory findings. Governing law
