What changes the estimate
- Number of storefronts or app platforms in scope
- Quality of existing event documentation
- Whether historical rebuilds of broken events are requested after findings
- On-site debriefs outside Kuala Lumpur (travel billed at cost)
How billing works
A deposit confirms your start week. The balance is due on delivery of the written brief (for audits) or on the session date (for walkthroughs and briefings). Invoices are informational — we do not process card payments on this site. See Refunds for deposits, cancellations, and work already started.
