Audit process

How a Contentmeadowbase conversion engagement moves from first note to delivered brief.

This page covers our flagship Conversion Audit. Funnel walkthroughs and retention briefings use a shorter path; we still start with a clear question and end with written notes.

  1. 1 · Inquiry You write via the contact form with category, platforms, and the conversion question. We confirm fit or suggest a shorter session if a full audit would be excess.
  2. 2 · Scope note Within two business days we send timing, fee range, access needs, and deposit terms. No work starts until the deposit clears and access is agreed.
  3. 3 · Intake pack You provide store links, a recent export sample or read-only access, release notes for the study window, and a named owner for questions.
  4. 4 · Measurement check We verify purchase-path events against the live app. Misnamed or double-firing events are logged before we trust any drop-off chart.
  5. 5 · Path review We walk browse, cart, checkout, and confirmation as a shopper — including common Malaysian payment and delivery choices your audience actually uses.
  6. 6 · Written brief Findings arrive as a ranked document: what to fix first, what to ignore for now, and what we could not verify.
  7. 7 · Debrief Ninety minutes in Kuala Lumpur or on video. Your engineers and marketers can challenge every claim. We revise factual errors within three business days; new scope becomes a new engagement.

What we need from you

Honest constraints beat polished decks. If tracking is messy, say so early — that is often the most valuable part of the work.
